Snakeskin® is manufactured by Exo-Flex®, and is shed to last a lifetime! Combining RapidAir® Technology by Orajet, with triple-injection protection, air bubbles are prevented eliminating the need for a squeegee. The top film is water resistant, while the middle and bottom prevent any kind of residue from being left behind on the surface of your device. Snakeskin® is removable, repositionable, and can always be re-applied. This decorative adhesive grabs a firm hold on to your device making it look like it was practically painted on. EXO-FLEX.COM accepts all major credit cards, and Paypal payments. Please contact us for any other method of payments.
Overall, we prefer Paypal or Credit Card payments. Via Paypal, they will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Echeck. If you do not have a paypal account, you can register quickly and securely at www.paypal.com. Registration is FREE with no hidden charges. Please mention the date of purchase and items in the subject/details area, as well as a confirmed shipping address. Products will be shipped promptly only after the fund transfer has been confirmed by PayPal.com.
If paying by e-check through Paypal.com, the transfer may take up to 7 days. Please be patient and once the e-check has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped. If your shipping address is different from what's registered with PayPal, your order will be delayed for order verification. Again, notify us of any changes to the shipping address when making payments.

Exo-Flex® is required by California State law to charge a 9.25% Sales Tax on all purchases. As of April 01, 2009, the new sales tax percentage has increased 1% from previous years.
Shipping Options
Please allow us 24-96 hours (2-4 business days to ship your items once payments have been received.) In most cases, items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM PST, Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. The Postal Service is not open on Sundays. If orders are placed after the cut off time of 2PM PST, the order will be shipped on the next open business day, Monday. If Monday is a holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
In the case that you receive your shipment damaged, please file the claim with the courier immediately and contact Exo-Flex® via email at
rma@exo-flex.com. It is mandatory that you also contact us because Exo-Flex® will need to file a damage claim for all packages within 24 hours of receipt. If you have received a product by courier error, and you are not the intended recipient, please contact us right away so we can request a pick up and send the package to the correct buyer.

Need to Return Your skin or purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!*
We offer a lifetime exo-tended warranty, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Return shipping is absolutely free*. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. Returns will only be accepted for credit, refund or exchange if we receive the original product.
If it is evidently defective, we will authorize an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) so that you may return the items for an exchange.
Please keep all original packaging and send it with the defective item. We WILL NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS! Please wait for an RMA # To be issued for your returned merchandise.
Exo-Flex® support team must approve and authorize all returns before sending the damaged/broken/exchanged product. Please be sure to place an RMA # on the outside of the package as well as the inside of your package. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for all risks of loss and damage to products being shipped for return or exchange.
Exo-Flex® reserves the right to refuse any return or unauthorized package from all buyers.

Instructions (Application)
Applying Exo-Flex® skins is easy as 1-2-3-4-5!
- Wash your hands with soap and water to remove any residue that may linger on the surface of your device or product.
- Thoroughly clean any dust, fingerprints, etc. from the surface that you are applying your armor to with a lint-free cloth.
- Peel your armor from its surface ensuring that it does not have any creases or folds.
- Hold your armor adhesive side up in the palm of your hand. Remember not to allow the shield to fold in.
- Apply the adhesive to the surface and smooth it over to ensure a quality bond.
